Site outages
Previously we have had a couple of instances where the whole site went down for an hour or so, or navigating the site became very slow. These have been due to problems at our hosting company, and have been beyond our control. We moved to a new Server in early October and things look great now.
Bugs
As the site is very new, and we are constantly adding new features, it is quite possible that you might find the site is not working correctly for you. If this happens please wait a day or so to see if the problem resolves - if not feel free to post details of the bug on the forum and we will try and look into the problem asap. In addition sometimes pressing 'f5' or 'refresh' on your browser can sometimes fix bugs by making sure your browser is using the latest version of the website.
