Some people had had message quota issues. This is because of the upgrade to our new pricing system. This should be online in the next day, in the meantime we are manually updating all quota's. Existing members now get unlimited messages.

We rebooted the server for a system upgrade this morning and the site was off for less than 2 minutes

We had an issue with the icon for Adult pics obscuring the main pic is it wasnt a adult pic. This was caused by a change in some of the files we used. This has been fixed.

This morning we suffered a site outage at about 11.20. This was caused by a Data center network issue and as such entirely out of our control. The site was restored and working by 13.10 . We are sorry for the lost of service during this time.

Following the new server system the email problems seem to have been solved. We mass mailed all members who had not been on for a while and many have come back, you have message mails are going through. Check you email address is correct if you dont get them.

This morning about 7:30 the site went down. It was reported to an engineer who got out of bed and found the problem by 8:30.
This was a DNS error at the datacenter which while fixed will take a little while to completely repair

Server Update - We are sorry it took so long.
The reason for doing on Sunday night is we had planned it for earlier but setting up took longer than expected. We didn’t want to wait till Monday because we need to get the DNS to propagate fully to get the email and other systems working on the new server. The problem we were having to primarily the mail system was causing delays in activating new accounts and notifying people of messages and comments. It became critical to fix this as soon as we could.
If we have started on the Monday morning we may not have been able to fully test till Tues. So therefore the decision was made to do it late on the Sunday Night. Also in the event of further down time and problems we have plenty of time to sort it before out quietest time of the week on a Wed morning, and therefore be ready and fully working for Wed eve and onwards when we get busier.

We are doing some server work later to fix the mail problem and also update the server which we planned to do later this year, The site will be off for a short time, if you see strange numbers instead of www.partipeeps.com then this is ok, it will get back to normal after a few hours.

We have noticed a problem with our external mail system. We expect to fix it shortly and so a few days emails will arrive shortly.

New design and improvements are being rolled out over the next few days. An error relating to the new link checking system has been reported and is being fixed. This only applies to a few profiles. You can now read sent messages in the sent folder under my messages. All messages are deleted after 30 days, read or unread.

When you click view profile it now shows the username throught the site, wheras it sometimes showed the number.

No pic = No Chat installed, fix to the Contact us form but more work needed, it was not sending us email details, updated new headline set on pages, browse bug fixed, bypass in new activation system fixed, thanks to the fool for telling us that Cheers!!

System now only allows new accounts with a valid and tested email address, only 1 account per email address, also system records suspended and deleted email addresses so further accounts can not be created. Improvements to the join page and system, new email now sent only when account is activated.

Site seems to be running normal speed again, the speed problems may have been due to a DDOS attack at dreamhost. Will see how the site performs over the next few days before deciding whether to migrate to a new hosting company.

Added bb code to the forum, allowing images and links etc.
Added a filter for adult pics. Now you can mark pics as adult when you upload,

Now your profile background shows when your gallery and pictures are being shown.

Changed fan system so that the relationship is 2-way rather than 1-way.
This means that if you accept a fan, you will now appear on their page as a fan as well as them appearing on your page.

Changed so that 'reply to message page' now leads to the 'view messages page' after the message has been sent.
Changed the format of message replies to make it more readable and add from and date info.
'Spiced up' most of the table pages with new graphics .. there may be a few bugs lol!

Planned Features Review
Developing plans for an integrated retro low-tech RPG for members of the site. Perhaps offering rewards of special in game items adding site advanced functionality. Players would be able to move about in areas similar to classic game 'the hobbit'. Inventory and rag doll displayed on member profiles. Items might include:

Robe of Retardation +1
etc.

Added the new 'fans' system.
This is still very new, so expect bugs / improvements. You can request to become somebodies fan from the link on their profile. This sends them off a fan request, which if they agree to, you will appear in their fans section.

Turned off the display of certain profile tables when they weren't filled in.

Changed the site name!
Ok, I admit it, I'm slightly retarded and didn't realise that the original name StorkMe would put off women from joining lol! Anyway based on extensive market research (I asked a few friends) hopefully the new site name will work better in that department!
Apologies to you all for any stress caused, but I think it will be for the best in the long run!

Site was down for an hour or 2 today, something up with the hosting companies hardware it seems, so apologies for that. Also access times for pages can be quite slow, I may have to look into getting a dedicated server.

Site may still not work correctly with AOL, due to the non standard way they change IP address with each page request.

Fixed list of UK counties, which didn't include london (doh!).
Changed the country code from UK, to england, scotland, wales and northern ireland.
Add support for regions of england, scotland, wales, northern ireland, ireland and USA.
(Support for more country regions is on the todo list, as the site grows.)
